SMS Use Case: BrainCX AI Inc. uses SMS messaging in the United States to send confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have explicitly opted in on the BrainCX AI Inc. website at https://braincx.ai to receive promotional and notification SMS communications. Messaging may include reminders, confirmations, service notifications, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications depending on the consent selected.
SMS Consent Language: Users are presented with two optional consent checkboxes. Selection of either checkbox is voluntary and not required to use the Services.
