All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by BrainCX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology without written permission.
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations. For healthcare customers, we offer Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for HIPAA compliance.
Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows and service credits are detailed in individual customer agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainCX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate service upon 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
